The location is absolutely fantastic - beautiful private sandy beach, two big swimming pools that we used (there was another one but we didn't use it). We had a suite with balcony which had the most fabulous views. Lovely big bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate lounge and sofas. The breakfast and dinner choices were good (lovely fresh fruit and breads, salads, meats and fish and a plethora of deserts of every kind). Big terrace to enjoy the views and the little restaurant that was open for lunch was absolutely wonderful with fabulous Greek dishes and charming staff. In fact the staff across the board were amazing and simply could not do enough for you. I would especially mention the waitress Maria in the main restaurant and the pool attendant Maria, who was so attentive and made the best bloody mary's ever! We were also made very welcome when we arrived and taken to the room and found the concierge staff very helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Even the cleaners were polite and friendly. Great team at this hotel.

We got an upgrade to our standard room which was very much appreciated since we were given a very big room with huge bathroom and very big veranda overlooking the pool and the Bay. Our toodler had the chance to freely move around the room and play. The pools were excellent and the kids pool was amazing! Our kid loved the water snake and the slides very much!! The kids club is an excellent alternative for some hours in the heat of the summer. The buffet dinner at the restaurant had a huge variety with quality choices every night and although the hotel seemed pretty busy, yet it was so quiet and everything was in order.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elounda Bay. We got a room upgrade and we were given a villa with a private pool with sea view, which was an amazing surprise! The hotel itself is very beautiful with nice gardens, 3 swimming pools, crystal clear water in the private beach. The staff was very polite and kind and made sure that we were happy with our stay at the resort. The food was amazing, good variety of dishes on a daily basis both for breakfast and dinner. We also had our baby’s lunch cooked and delivered to our room on a daily basis, which was very convenient for us as he had fresh food every day. Everything was perfect and we will definitely visit it again! Our stay was like a dream!
